Beliefs

 We believe:

1) That the Bible is the inspired Word of God and the ultimate authority for faith and conduct.

(Psalms 12:6 , 7 ; 119:89 ; 2 Tim 3:16 ; 2 Peter 1:21 )

2) That there is one God, the Creator of all things, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

(Deut  6:4 ; John 14:7 , 10 ,11 ; 2  Cor  3:17 )

3) That all have sinned and are in need of God’s gift of salvation.

(Rom 3:10-19 , 23 ; 6:23 )

4) That God is love and that He has provided forgiveness of sins for all who believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and His finished work of salvation on the cross of Calvary.

(1 John 4:7 , 8 ; Col 1:14 ; Rom 10:9 )

5) That Jesus Christ, who is the eternally begotten Son of the Father, was born of the virgin, lived a sinless life and suffered and died on the cross for our sins.

(John 1:1 ; Matt 1:18-23 ; 1 Peter 2:22 )

6) That Jesus rose bodily from the dead and ascended to the right hand of God the Father, there to make intercession for believers in this present age.

7) That the Church is made up of all who by faith have received the Lord Jesus Christ as their Savior, and…

8) That the function of the Church is expressed by a local assembly of believers who are gathered in the name of the Lord Jesus for the purpose of teaching, fellowship, worship and prayer, as led by the Holy Spirit.

9) That the hope of the Church is the personal, imminent return of the Lord Jesus Christ to take home the Church.  

(John 14:23 ; 1  Cor  15:51 , 52 ; 1  Thess  4:13-17 )

10) That Christ will return to the earth in glory to establish His millennial kingdom.

(2  Thess  1:7-10 ; Phil 2:9-11 ; Rev 11:15 )
